The Ironbound’s surrounding industry has helped the local and regional economy but caused significant environmental degradation. This points to the growing question of how to achieve environmental justice\, an idea that everyone – regardless of race\, color or income – has the right to live in a clean and safe environment. \nJoin us for an informative program featuring a screening of the short documentary\, The Sacrifice Zone\, followed by lunch and a panel discussion with a representative from Ironbound Community Corporation\, and Pam Litvak\, PhD.
