In the final days leading up to an election, it can be challenging for voters to navigate the process and get all the information they need to vote. But we can all play an important role in supporting and empowering voters. In this workshop we’ll break down the strategies and resources you can use to Get Out The Vote in your community and make sure that no voter is left behind.
The Activist Training Program was launched in 2021 with the goal of providing free and nonpartisan public education and training on the knowledge and skills activists need to drive grassroots change and defend democracy.
LWVNJ offers training in 4 core areas:
- Understanding New Jersey Government
- Grassroots Organizing
- Voter Outreach
- Legislative Advocacy
These trainings are open to League members and members of the public who support the League’s mission and goals.
