UU Faith Action is sponsoring this event along with the League of Women Voters (NJ), Beacon UU Congregation in Summit, the Westfield Green Team, and Westfield High School. Panel members will include Lyle Rawlings of the MSEIA (MidAtlantic Solar Energy Industry Association), Richard Lawton of the NJ Sustainable Business Council, a Food and Water Watch spokesperson, a BPU spokesperson, a labor union representative, a NJ legislator, and others. The goal is to discuss the importance of the goal of transitioning, the obstacles to it, and the speed with which it can be done.
