This bill is urgent, and time is running out: While transgender and nonbinary youth, their families and medical providers face escalating national attacks, NJ’s Senate and Assembly leadership have allowed this critical bill to languish. With support from 75% of Democratic legislators plus thousands of community calls for action, the problem is not a lack of support — it’s gatekeeping.
