“Slavery in Bergen County” will be presented by the Glen Rock Borough Historian, Kathleen Walter. Ms. Walter is an experienced history teacher including Advanced Placement. She was appointed Borough Historian of Glen Rock, is a published author and President of the Glen Rock Historical and Preservation Society. Ms. Walter presents on this topic frequently to local community groups. She is currently scheduled to speak on two dates in the coming weeks in addition to her presentation at USR.
