Join MUUF and GAAMC (Gay Activist Alliance of Morris County) for a movie discussion of Will and Harper, an award-winning documentary that follows actor Will Ferrell and writer Harper Steele, his old friend, on a road trip across the US after Steele’s gender transition. Monday evening, Oct. 13 at Morristown UU Fellowship at 6:30 pm. The movie can be viewed at MUUF Oct. 3 at 6 PM or on Netflix beforehand. For more information contact president@gaamc.org. Will and Harper is a timely, poignant, and often hilarious documentary that explores themes of self-acceptance, personal lives, and how it feels to be transgender. They take a road trip across the US to see how friends, family and strangers react to transgender people. It is a rare comedy and a teaching tool that shows the challenges and joys of their friendship.
