UU Faith Action NJ applauds our NJ legislators for the passage of S2260/A2218. In the 4 years since Roe was overturned, the ability to access reproductive health care, which includes abortion care and gender affirming care, has been under relentless attack in many states and at the Federal level. But here in New Jersey our legislators have once again chosen to lead with courage, to ensure that both patients and their healthcare providers are protected under the law.
We urge the Governor to sign this bill without delay. And we at UUFANJ will continue to advocate for access to the full spectrum of reproductive healthcare for everyone who needs care here in our state.
